Returns & Refunds Policy
How do I return an item?
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
If you think, you have received a wrong product or in a bad condition please email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
· Products sold during sale cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.
· Any item that have been worn or washed.
We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
How will I receive my refund?
We issue credit points in case of prepaid & COD order cancellation or return of paid items.
We will arrange pickup of the item from the address the order was shipped to.
On receipt of goods in our warehouse we will issue credit points of the same amount, for the next time you shop online at Mineral.
